                              RESOLUTION NO. 21810
                
                
                 A RESOLUTION TO REVOKE THE SPECIAL COMMISSIONS
                 OF MARY B. HUTSON, JOSEPH J. SHEATS, CHARLES W.
                 MOORE, AND DAVID T. GILLILAND.
                
                
                                                    
                
                
       	    	 WHEREAS, the Chief of Police has received information
       indicating that the individuals named hereinbelow have resigned
       from the employment of their sponsoring employer;
                                NOW, THEREFORE,
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That the special commissions issued to
       Mary B. Hutson, Joseph J. Sheats, Charles W. Moore, and David T.
       Gilliland be and the same are hereby revoked or canceled 
effective
       immediately.
